Dear God,

I come to you today feeling defeated. I feel like I've lost everything, and I don't know what to do. I'm tired of fighting, and I'm tired of feeling like I'm always losing.

I know that you are a God of hope, and I believe that you can help me through this. I ask that you would give me strength to keep going, even when I feel like giving up. I ask that you would help me to find hope in the midst of my despair.

I know that I am not alone in this. There are many others who are feeling defeated right now. I pray that you would comfort them and give them hope as well.

I trust in you, God. I know that you are good, and I know that you have a plan for my life. I pray that you would help me to see your plan and to follow it.
